Most of us know firsthand that adopting a new habit is challenging.
We briefly discussed change through the lens of a metaphor known as the rider and the elephant in part 1 of this Perennial Habits course (How to Change When Change is Hard). Specifically, we discussed the need for clarity, motivating the elephant, and shaping the path for change.
