Happiness & the Meaning of Life
Over the past few weeks, our Happiness & the Meaning of Life course has embarked on a philosophical study of the art (and science) of living well. We’ve explored the writing and philosophy of figures like Aristotle, Seneca, the Buddha, Epicurus, William James, Abraham Maslow, Viktor Frankl, and others.
***Join our virtual end-of-course meet-up (Register here) to discuss how these principles and practices can help us flourish in the modern day!
What to Expect…
Expect a casual, open discussion on the art (and science) of living well. The end-of-course meetup on Saturday (Oct 14th, at Noon EST) is intended to provide space for questions and comments on the topics discussed throughout the course.
