How to Live — 27 Conflicting Answers…
In this episode, my guest is Derek Sivers, the author of How to Live: 27 Conflicting Answers and One Weird Conclusion. Derek is an author of philosophy and entrepreneurship, known for his quotable insights and succinct writing style. He is a former musician, programmer, TED speaker, and circus clown who sold his first company, CDBaby, for $22 million and gave all the money to charity.
In the conversation, Derek and I discuss,
Contradictory ideas
Navigating uncertainty
Possible futures
Learning to live
Having enough
The meaning of life and much more
I thoroughly enjoyed the conversation; immediately following it, I ordered all of Derek’s books directly from his website (the proceeds go to charity!). His other books include Hell Yeah or No, Your Music and People, and Anything You Want.
