🧰 Perennial Habits
Perennial Habits is a 60-day course exploring timeless practices from philosophical and spiritual traditions. It builds on Wisdom is the Way, our previous course, and is also exclusively available to members. You can expect to learn about the science of change and gain tools for the art of living.
The Art of Lifelong Practices
For good reason, we have all heard quotes and cliches like “it’s easier said than done.” It’s true. It was true thousands of years ago. And will be true thousands of years from now. Change is hard.
As Einstein pointed out,
The world as we have created it is a process of our thinking. It cannot be changed without changing our thinking.
Learning to live requires us to learn how to change. Although wisdom traditions can help us discover the highest good, integrating practices into daily life is often highly challenging.
